If there is no street or on-site parking available at the studio, we are located right next to Morning Side Community, and there is free street parking available.

To enter Morningside community, from Biscayne Blvd make a right onto 58th St and then another sharp right and you will see the community guard house. Just enter there, and wave to the guard and he will let you in. After you get past the guard gate, make a left onto 57th St, and then another quick left onto 6th Ave and go all the way down until you see the black gates. You can park anywhere on the street in the green zones shown above, just be sure to not block anyone’s driveways or trash pick up. To enter go through the black pedestrian gate and the studio will be on your right. We are the first white house on the right.
